Welcome to Iron Sights Armory, a registered trade name of White Mountain Munitions, LLC. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website ironsightsnh.com (the “Site”) and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before making purchases.

If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of our website.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our website.
  • Firearm purchases are subject to federal, state, and local laws, which may require you to be 21 years or older depending on the type of firearm.
  • By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are legally allowed to purchase and possess the items requested.

2. Compliance with Firearm Laws

  • All firearm purchases will be processed in accordance with the Gun Control Act of 1968, ATF regulations, and applicable state laws.
  • Firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer of your choice. You are responsible for providing a valid FFL at checkout.
  • You must successfully pass any required background checks before taking possession of a firearm.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if it violates applicable laws or our compliance policies.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Payment must be made in full before shipping.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (including suspected fraud or legal restrictions).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Firearms can only be shipped to valid FFL dealers.
  • Non-firearm items (accessories, optics, parts, etc.) may be shipped directly to your address unless restricted by law.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate.
  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Returns & Cancellations

  • Firearm sales are final and cannot be returned once transferred to you.
  • Ammunition Sales are final.
  • Firearm accessory items may be eligible for return within 30 days, if unused and in original packaging (see our Return Policy for details).
  • Cancellation requests must be made before shipment.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or products for:

  • Any unlawful purpose.
  • Transferring firearms to prohibited persons.
  • Misrepresenting your eligibility to purchase firearms.
  • Reselling firearms without the proper licensing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (logos, text, graphics, product images, etc.) is owned by or licensed to Iron Sights Armory. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our materials without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or issues caused by background checks or FFL transfers.
  • Misuse of firearms, ammunition, or products purchased from us.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products.

All firearms should be handled safely and in accordance with applicable laws and safety standards.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Iron Sights Armory, its employees, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your use of our website or products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire and applicable federal laws.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date.
