Returns & Refunds Policy

At Iron Sights Armory, we stand behind the products we sell. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains the conditions under which items may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Firearms & Ammunition

  • All firearm and ammunition sales are final.
  • Once a firearm has been transferred to you by an FFL dealer, it cannot be returned or refunded.
  • If a firearm is refused by the FFL due to a failed background check, you may be subject to restocking fees (see Section 4).

2. Accessories, Parts & Optics

  • Eligible for return or exchange within 30 Days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
  • Used or damaged items cannot be returned.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, notify us within 3 Days of delivery.
  • We may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
  • Manufacturer warranty claims may be directed to the product manufacturer.

4. Restocking Fees

  • Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover processing and inspection costs.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at whitemountainmunitions@gmail.com with your order number.
  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the item securely to the address provided.
  4. Once inspected, refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Firearms (after FFL transfer)
  • Ammunition
  • Suppressors & NFA-regulated items
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Gift cards

7. Failed Background Checks

If you fail a required background check:

  • The firearm will be returned to inventory.
  • You may receive a refund minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
